On March 18, 2008 the Secretary of SRS/CPS Don Jordan stated that the Sedgwick County DA's office bullied Social Workers into falsifying documents to remove children from their parents custody. Don Jordan stated, "In Sedgwick County OFTEN TIMES we end writing things because it's what our Social Workers get bullied by the District Attorneys office into writing. They really have no belief in what it says".
Later in the meeting, Jordan said:
"I am working on our staff that we do our assessments properly and we not get
bullied into writing things we don't believe. But then the reality comes down to,
you send a 25-year-old social worker into a room with a 15-year county ADA
(assistant district attorney) who is willing to yell at them, cuss at them, scream at
them and threaten them, you know."

Don Jordan was very specific in stating that one of the ADA's, this would include the Deputy DA, with 15 years experience is bullying the Social Workers. How many ADA's in the JV Dept outside of Ron Paschal have 15+ years of experience?
With the allegations made by the Secretary over SRS/CPS in regards to the Social Workers being bullied to falsify records by the Sedgwick County DA's office, WHY is the Sedgwick County DA's office hiring the wife of the Deputy DA over the Juvenile Division to transcribe these cases that he prosecutes???
